2008 Fiat Scudo gear box/clutch

can you describe what your actual fault is/

3 times the clutch has been repaired and 3 times it has gone it was replace in march this year and has done just over 6800 miles and is away again they saying its driver error !!

If the clutch is burning out, it must be slipping, this can only happen if there is pressure on the thrust bearing, now is this a hydraulic or cable clutch? is the clutch genuine or after market, do you drive a lot of stop start driving such as heavy slow traffic?
