2002 Fiat Punto Electric steering motor

Steering has failed I suspect the steering motor. It is receiveing a voltage of 4V but it is dead. Is this the correct voltage delivered to motor from ecu?

the voltage should vary upon use .. have a technician check this for you

hi
voltage is ok but the problem is motor
you can repair just to change two relays inside motor and the problem gone
sorry for my bad english
