Electrical problem
1997 Fiat Punto Two Wheel Drive Manual 50,000 miles
I have a 12 yr old punto that i drive around for short journies. My problem is that after I drive for a while and the car gets hot I cannot turn it on after i have turned it off. However, after about 20 minutes I can turn it on again when it cools a bit and i reve it a bit. i contacted a battery place and they told me to go back to my mechanic . the mechanic looked over it and was no help really. My husband tooked the battery out and charged it over night and things were well for a while but it did it again last week. I am worried that the car will cut out in traffic. Any ideas?
