My Fiat Multipla has lost 4th gear. I believe that this is often that a broken piece of alloy casting gets lodged in the groove of the selector shaft, stopping the cogs from engaging. It means a transmission strip to fx, is this a costly proccedure, when put into a garage for repair ? thanks John Gilmour
