Fender figment for same body style but different engine?

Would the passenger side front fender from a 2000 4.0l v6 ford ranger xl fit on a 2000 3.0l v6 ford ranger xl I’m just not sure if there would be any differences in the holes for the windshield wiper fluid and anti-freeze reservoirs, air filter housing, and cruise control motor.

Hi,

From what I'm reading, the same fender was used from 1998 to 2011, so I have to say yes, it should fit.

As far as replacing it, I don't know if they are needed, but I attached the directions below, so you have a guide.
