Vehicle was damaged while parked. Front driver's side bumper including rim. Everything were replaced. Rim, tires balanced & alignment was done. No shaking but it doesn't feels right when driving. It seems like theres bumps on the road all the time. It's a new vehicle it supposed to ride smoothly.

It was repaired at the collision shop since my insurance recommended them. No.. tire wasn't replaced. I took it to the dealer after picking it up from repair shop to check the shaking on steering wheel.. that's how I found out the rim need it to be replaced but @ the dealer technician never recommended tire replacement but rim.

Hi!

When vehicle was repaired at the collision shop the owner charged for a new rim but apparently never installed ( why the steering wheel was shaking) I found out at the dealer that rim was slightly bent in the outside. So I went back to the shop to confront the owner about the rim. I was given a temporarily rim which was working perfectly until mines were sent to get repaired. When it was reinstalled ( the original rim) it started to give issues ( like the one I have already explained) I went back to the repair shop... that's when we took it for rebalance & alignment. However there's no signs this time of any bending in the rim but still it feels not right ( the vehicle) when am driving.

You know, if the rim was bent, there is a good chance the tire was damaged too. Check that and let me know what you find.
