How do I repair or replace the part for this fault code. I would like to correct his problem myself as I am in Korea and dealerships are not located close to me.

Hey RLCASS,

This will be problem with variable intake valve being shorted out in which case it needs to be replaced or the intake actuator valve is stuck inside the intake. Remove the valve for inspection and replace it if you can find nothing wrong, you will need to clear the codes as well, here is a guide of that and diagrams of the valve below.
