Vehicle has the code P1345, twice. I have changed the camshaft sensor, crankshaft sensor, and the VVT solenoid. I have cleaned the connectors for each of these. After replacing, the code went away for 30 seconds, then returned. The engine runs and drives great, no rough running or stalling. Can not pass inspection with this code. No drivability or emissions problems. What could it be!? Thanks.

A P1345 code indicates a "Crankshaft Position (CKP) - Camshaft Position (CMP) Correlation" fault. Engine Control Module (ECM) has detected that the timing relationship between the crankshaft and camshaft is incorrect. So, this typically means the camshaft actuator and timing chains need to be replaced. But I have seen a fresh oil change with Lucas oil treatment sometimes help the problem long enough to get through inspection. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.
