Fault code p0214, p0327

I'll try to run through those tests this weekend. however, if the catalytic converter were plugged, wouldn't that affect performance all the time - not just after it warmed up?
I may have forgotten to mention that if I give it wide open throttle, the engine smooths out which is consistent with how the EGR is supposed to work at 1/2-3/4 throttle, is where the problem occurs - at normal cruising throttle/RPM (1,500-2,000). If I go over 2,100 RPM, the problem starts to taper off...

The DPFE is affected when just the slightest of restriction are introduced to the system. Is the engine making a funny noise at all? I have seen bad IAC motor cause problem on these as well. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see what's going on? that would be great. You can upload it here with your response.

I don't have a video yet, but I did just get a Actron 9690 scanner is and collected codes and running data. Unfortunately, it didn't tell me anything new, but some of you out there that understand the streaming data, might be able to deduce something useful...Still have the 327 and 214 codes, but it is interesting to note that the 9690 read but did not record the 214 code...Hmm...can't upload .txt files here so I'll past the content here...just the last few frames though...
Let me know if there's something specific you want me to capture on video and I'll upload it...I'm going to try to capture a streaming data set the next time I'm out to see if it captures anything different when the problem occurs. I have a DPFE ordered, but won't get to swap it until next weekend. I'll update after that event.

Is telling me you could have a stuck/bad injector. lets pull the spark plugs and record the color of each plug to be able to tell which plug looks different this will be the cylinder to looms.

Ok - So got the new DPFE in and baselined it against the old one and the resistance between GND (2) and the other two terminals was substantially different than the new one.
Swapped it out and got it warmed up and ran the codes and got all clear! KOEO and KOER!
So took it to the store with the code reader streaming data and so I could monitor and during my trip, I collected a new code - 542. There was also a temporary code that came in while driving, but when I tried to retrieve it later, it was gone...it was something about the EGR flow being too low...I'm assuming this points at a fowled EGR valve. I'll pull it off and check it tomorrow.
I've yet to chase the injector tests yet...

Found the missing code - 332 EGR did not open/respond during test or if memory code, did not open intermittently...

So today I pulled the PCV and checked/cleaned it. It was dirty, but seemed to be still moving freely. Replaced some vacuum lines and checked the others for tightness and cracks. Went through tests on the DPFE, EGR control solenoid, EGR and everything seems to check out. I'm still getting code 542 but never got the 332 again...and todays trip generated a 173 (system is/was rich?) as well.
While I was monitoring the data, I notice the EGR% surging to 90 and the FUELPW1 and 2 would jump to 10-12 as well as the engine running rough - this would happen from 1500 -1900 RPM. If I let off the accelerator, EGR would drop to 0 and it would smooth out. If I held the throttle again at 1500-1900, it would get up to 30% EGR for a time and then jump up to 90 again. If I kept the throttle steady, it would stay this way - running rough. This is the first time I've seen it do this sitting still - I took a video of this happening in case someone thought it would be useful to review...it's painful to watch, but the info is there.
Still haven't got to the other tests you requested yet...

Just came back from a test run and almost didn't make it back...crusing, the engine would start lugging down - EGR at 90%+. If I let off, it would continue to run rough even though EGR dropped to 0%. The only way I could clear the rough running was to give it WOT. It would then smooth out and accelerate very well. Made it back to the house and was able to capture some output while it was running rough. The data that stuck out was the FTRM...
While it was like this, it would not idle out - if I let it go, it would eventually die.

This is the problem, you have an injector that is weak/clogged and I would clean the EGR passages. Also you can remove the EGR and start the engine to see if exhaust comes out where the EGR is mounted? Let me know.
