Cooling fans and A/C fans not turning off

Cooling fans and A/C keep running with the key off.

Good evening,

Does the compressor clutch stay engaged as well or just the blower motor and the cooling fan?

The PCM is what controls the cooling fans. Good chance it may need the PCM replaced.

Are there any codes?

No code just cooling fans I unplugged the battery for about 20-30 minute now the fans off but the temperature gauge read a little before normal is that ok

The gauge should not read anything with the key off.

No it reads zero with the key off, but I’m saying when the truck is running it used to read to 210 and now it reads 200. is that fine?
