Maybe it's the wrong size fan belt?. I don't have a manual.

Fan belt keeps slipping off

The first thing I suggest is to confirm that all pulleys are aligned. If they are, chances are the belt is loose or incorrectly routed. There should be two belts on this vehicle. Here is a link that shows the belts, how they route, and how to adjust them specific to your vehicle:
