I was driving my truck and the fan came off. Then the belt came off and it started to spray out coolant from the bottom.

Hi,
Did the leak come from the lower radiator hose or the radiator itself? If you are not sure, what you need to do is pressurize the system. Once under pressure, you will see where the leak is coming from. Here is a link that explains how it is done:

Since the vehicle has a radiator fan shroud, I have a feeling the radiator is what is leaking. But pressure test it to be certain
Let me know. Also, the pulley and fan bolt right to the water pump. Let me know if you need help with that. I attached a pic below of how it goes together.
