can here fuel pump,but no fuel coming to engine,,do i have to drop fuel tank to get to pump?

I can't find any info on it but I would look under the back seat and in the truck for a removable cover.

No there is an access cover under rear seat. see pic for instructions.

thanks, went ahead and pulled rear seat,,yes thier is a access plate,,,not fuel pump its good,,,fuse good but no is no voltage at plug to fuel pump

then check for a shorted/cut wire leading to pump it's a blk yellow wire also check ground wire. the fuel pump relay is behind lh kick panel. check fuses 17& 32 for power to relay

thanks,think i found problem,,daughtwer had tranmission done and thier teck put seat covers on for my daughter and when he installed rear seat back he pinched that blk and yellow wire and cut it,,,,thanks for your help
