Where is the factory amplifier located?

That is the amplifier for the subwoofer. It is the only amplifier that truck has. The rest of the speakers get their power from the audio unit itself.

If that little amplifier doesn’t work, would it not make any of the speakers work because I have no audio coming out of any of speakers I can’t hear anything from my phone, or the radio thank you for answering back so quickly.

No, that amp is only for the subwoofer. If you have no sound, phone or video, that is the main audio unit or the digital processor unit depending on which sound option you have. There is the base unit that uses a touch screen and only the front module, then there are the versions that use the Ultima system that may or may not have a touch screen, those have the 20 speakers and use a DSP that is behind the panel opposite where the subwoofer mounts. The catch to all of them is that you cannot replace a bad unit without access to Fords programming system and dealer coding as the front module and rear DSP both require the option codes to enable them.
Before you start trying to get those out take a look at the fuses for the system. There are Quite a few - With the base unit you have 5 to check. Grab a test light and check them.

For the base it is 5 fuses 5, 9, 13, 32 and 33 all in the BCM behind the left front kick panel.
For the other two options add fuse 28 to the list.
If those all test, okay then you need to determine which version you have to get the correct information as to where to test for powers and grounds.
