How to start the engine with a copy ignition key?

Hello,

The new key needs to be programmed to the vehicle for it to be able to start.

If you have an original key and fob you can try this method:

Insert the key into the ignition and turn from off to run 8 times within 10 seconds.
With the 8th time stop at run position.
The door locks should cycle to confirm programming activated.
Within 20 seconds press any button on the first keyless remote fob.
The door locks will cycle to confirm finished.
