external voltage regulator is failing test

There is a blue and yellow wire that is connected to the harness attached to the plug that is not connected. I can't find a diagram to show me where it goes.

I found a wiring schematic of the charging system which includes the voltage regulator. Take a look through it and see if it helps. If you look through it and have questions, let me know.
