exhaust manifold overheating turn to color red

The exhaust manifold of the engine turns to color red cause of heat we only overhaul that engine and we cancel the balancer inside the block i need your help please

have a pro scan for codes and see if it's running to lean.

possible clogged converter lean or rich condition maybe secondary air system not working as well if it has it.
