Funny sound on passenger side when I accelerate?

How would you best describe the sound? Also, if it is loud enough to record, could you do that and upload it for me to hear?

As far as the manifold is concerned, yes, if it is leaking, it will make anything from a ticking sound to a louder engine (like no muffler) sound.
