Exhaust leak?

So, with my truck listed above I have an exhaust leak in the back passenger side of the motor, but the manifold is on the left side of the motor. But around this square hole in the motor there are 3 bolts what goes over this to lower the noise in my truck. It sounds so loud.

Hi,

Is it possible for you to take a couple of pictures of the location you mentioned and upload them for me to see? I suspect it has something to do with the EGR. I attached a pic below showing the EGR. Does that appear to be what you may be missing?
