Hi,

I saw that you provided a detailed steps on how to replace evaporators in Highlander 2010. However, the photos you attached were not for all the steps. Could you please provide me with all the steps with the photos so that I can perform the repair myself, or please direct me how can I get it/buy it.

Thank you,

The easiest way to get all of the step-by-step instructions would be to get a subscription to either Alldata.

https://www.alldata.com/diy-us/en (which is where the other post came from) or Mitchell1 https://eautorepair.net/VehicleSelector/Index

That gives you the OE and service info for one vehicle. You can also print that information out or print it to a pdf file to have later. That allows you to look at multiple steps as you work. Plus, we are limited in the size of the image we send, online you can blow them up much farther.
This isn't a fun job to do because you basically strip the entire dash out. If you are replacing the Evap core, you should replace the heater core as well as the actuators that you can access.

Dear Steve,

Thank you so much for your reply,

I appreciate your advice regarding the heater core.
Unfortunately, both sites you provided only works for USA and Canada, I am not on either of them.

Any resources/manual that can be accessed from the middle east?

Thank you,

That could pose a problem for sure. Toyota does offer their network in a similar way, but you would need to determine the correct link.

https://techinfo.toyota.com/

is the entry but I'm not sure how that would work in your location. That would give you factory information that could be printed out. If it's a US built then you might contact them and ask if they have a solution for a US vehicle in the middle east, other than going to a dealer.
Beyond that I can try to post the missing info, I'll attach the full procedure as images, you can use that with the other post https://www.2carpros.com/questions/replacing-evaporator
to see which items you need more help with and just note them, like -
REMOVE COWL TOP OUTER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY [ SUSPENSION: FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER: REMOVAL+ ] Which isn't the part they need you to remove, it's the cowl trim panel but they include all the rest because they figure that the tech can decipher what they really need from the 30 steps they don't, which can be interesting at times. I'll then see what they have for those. and post the filler pieces.
Basically, the end result is that everything has to come off down to the firewall to replace the cores. While it is out, I replace anything that cannot be reached without doing all this. I also use OE parts, if possible, I really don't want to do all this, then do it again 6 months later because the part "I saved 100 bucks by buying it on amazon" failed.
