the evaporator monitor is not ready?

Hi,

The evaporator monitor is not ready. what type of evap system the car has and what I need to do to set the monitor (drive cycle for the evap).

1. Make sure there are no trouble codes.

2. Fuel level between 1/4 and 3/4 full.

3. Cold start required.

4. Start the engine and let it idle for 5 minutes with the A/C and defroster OFF.
Do not touch the accelerator.

5. Drive at 55 mph for 10 minutes using light throttle.

6. Let off the accelerator without braking and allow the car to slow down naturally from 55 mph to 20 mph. Repeat this deceleration process twice.

7. Drive at 35 mph with 3 full stops over a 5-minute period.

8. Let the car idle for another 5 minutes to complete the cycle.

9. Turn off the engine and wait for at least 10 minutes before restarting.
