Evaporator code P0441 and code 13

My vehicle is throwing codes p0441 and code 13. I have replaced several hoses under the hood and I am not sure if it is the evaporator canister, or hoses to it. The evaporator canister is located by the drivers side rear tire.

441 deals with evaporator purge solenoid. take it off and inspect vacuum line for rip/tear etc. also, check for junk in line. if line is bad replace it. tap solenoid on a flat surface if junk comes out replace canister and solenoid then clear code.

code 13 is for re-circulation motor not working for heater/air conditioning. see picture for diagnosis.
