error code “fuel comp err”, how to locate this issue?

Is the vehicle running differently? For example, does it have a rough idle, loss of power, or anything out of the normal?

The error message opens things up to multiple different possibilities. Here is what I need you to do. We need to scan the computer for diagnostic trouble codes. This will narrow things down and point us in the right direction. Most parts stores will do it free of charge.
