well code P0201 is Fuel injector #1 open circuit, and P0103 is Mass Airflow Circuit High input. So you may have two different problems going on here. You can check the fuel injector itself with a multi-meter. unplug the injector and make sure you have resistance across its two terminals. if it read OL (out of limits) the injector is bad. To check for power, at the injector plug you can use a test light or noid light to watch for a pulse (flash from test light). If you find the injector is bad or wiring, repair the problem, erase the codes and go for a test drive and see what codes come back. Let us know.
