EPC light on dashboard, car sometimes cuts off

EPC light on the dashboard keeps coming up every so often and when this happens sometimes the car shuts down. this only happens when the speed is at 40km and under. the car gives a very slight shake or vibrations something like a stuttering.

This will happens when either the throttle body or accelerator pedal needs to be replaced, it is difficult to tell which one this is why the dealer will replaced both. I would service the throttle actuator first to see if that helps and it is the cheapest thing to do.
