Water And Oil Mixing I was Told to change The Head And Intake Gasket it will Fix the Issue or would be better to get A new Motor

At 200k you might be better of getting and ATK engine or GM has some good dealers as well for a new engine that they price as a rebuilt engine, I have had excellent luck with these engines. Here is a guide to help you see what is going on.
