Engines fans run all the time

Hi:
The cooling fans are powered by the PCM. A temp sensor sends a signal to the PCM indicating coolant temp. Once a certain temp is reached, the PCM sends a signal through the fan relay which then sends power to the fans.

I need to know what size engine this vehicle has to provide sensor locations.

2.2 litre 4 Cylinder, 1998 Camry LE
The A/C is unplugged also, the condenser coil took a hit and I have not replaced it, would this also cause the fans to run constantly?

I don't feel that would cause them to stay on. As far as the sensor, it should be located on the top rear of the engine. See the pic attached.

I pulled the sensor from the a/c out of the line to the condenser and plugged it in and they stopped running, Whys that? is it a pressure sensor? there no freon in the system. Matter a fact the system has no condenser.

What sensor are you referring to?

It would normally be located in front of the Air conditioning condenser, out front of the radiator, threads into the actual a/c line, I think they're aluminum. near a beer can sized drier?, almost the size of a spark plug.

I think you are looking at the pressure switch.
