engine will not start but cranks over

I went threw some flooded water my car was running fine for about two hours later that day went to leave now want start engine just turns over use a little bit of stating fluid it acted like it was going to start but didnt

That is probably one of the worst things you can do to a car. Today's cars are just full of electronic modules and many of them are mounted very low and susceptible to water damage. About all you can do now is to get it to a location where it can completely dry out and see if anything was permanently damaged. Trying to start it while it's still wet can do even more damage.
