Engine vibrates from just above idle to 5,500 rpm. Vibration can be felt on steering wheel, frame, brake pedal etc.

Does pushing in the clutch change anything? How about when you are driving? Vibration can be many things from a misfire to a bad engine mount or a bad flywheel. Very hard to say without hearing and seeing it. Could you possibly shoot a video and upload it to this site? That may provide more insight into the problem.
