Engine valve chatter

Been hearing a very annoying chatter in the engine. Doesn’t seem to be related to fuel octane. Seems worst at 60 to 65 mph and occurs when cruising this speed or accelerating through this speed, then mostly goes away.
Willing to try any oil treatments you may recommend but engine seems too low mileage to need them.
Have run regular fuel since new until about 1,500 miles ago when this noise started. Now I’m on my fourth tank of premium gas and haven’t noticed a difference.
What do you think? Still under manufactures warranty but don’t want to go there if not necessary.

With a low mileage vehicle what tends to happen is that carbon builds up more because the engine does not run long enough to burn off excess unburned residue, and/or does not reach normal operating temperatures enough. If the dealer does not find anything wrong with the vehicle, it’s possible that they will try to sell you an engine decarb service. This will get rid of excess carbon that could be causing your pre- detonation/clatter noise. Many videos online demonstrate how this is done by using a “foam” type top engine cleaner, but caution must be taken when doing this because adding too much fluid at a time can hydro-lock an engine.
