Engine tries to turn over but wont start

Engine was running fine but then started having issues turning over, oil smells like it has gas in it. now carb puffs a bit of white smoke, but engine wont start, did a complete oil change.

scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge first auto parts rent it. should have 60 -66 psi

it gets fuel, but low fuel light comes on yet I have over half a tank..
