Engine Boggs down when given gas, only goes about 40mph, doesn't want to change gears, makes a loud whistling sound after running a fee min. Has no power, takes forever to change gears, only gets up to about 40 mph. I have checked trans fluid, & replaced fuel filter.still acts the same
