Can I put a 5.3 iron block motor from a 2007 Suburban XL into my 2007 Sierra 1500 crew cab truck that also has a blown up 5.3 motor.my Sierra is a "M" code motor.

Good morning,

The basic blocks are the same. The only difference may be the externals. Examine the donor motor completely to be sure all the sensor locations are identical. There can be no sensors missing at all.

the easy answer is yes, it will work. Just be careful of all the external components.
