engine surging at stop light/sign while in gear

when i pull up to a stop light/sign, my 04 deville surges..Hard. no check engine lights are on at this time. seems to be less drastic surging with the a/c off.

try cleaning throttle plate on both sides and iac hole with choke cleaner. check for a vacuum line off/broken etc.
