Can feel engine surging while driving. tachometer will show drop in RPM’s.just had a new fuel tank sensor installed 3 weeks ago.

Is the check engine light on? If it is, can you have the codes checked and let me know.
Some possibilities:
1. Low fuel pressure from a bad fuel pump.
