Engine starts but stalls out when given gas

I got my engine to start by using some starter fluid. It seams to run okay but when it warms up and give it gas it stalls out and then stops running. I try to restart the engine and will not start.
Would it be a vacuum issue? If it is where would that be. I have all the openings closed off I replace the old tubing's I do have one hose that I do not know were it goes and one sensor wire that I can not find were it goes either. If it is not a vacuum issue what else might it be?

Hello, I am Danny.

Have you tested the fuel pressure? Your fuel pump may be weak or failing. The specifications for your vehicle is 50 PSI. If you do not have access to a tester your local auto parts stores have a tool rental program and can rent you one. I have attached a tutorial showing what is involved.

Thank you for that information I will give it a try. also I got a P0102 code so I replaced my MAC valve That did not do any good.
and I got a P0014 code. Not sure how to fix that code. do I have to retime the timing chain or is there something else that is happening that i am missing?
I sprayed starter flue into the air intake again this time nothing happened. so it seams that its not a fuel issue. not sure.
The car ran with no problem after I got it all put back together. lots of power and no misfiring. then it just stopped working. Then when I sprayed starter fluid into the air intake it started up and ran for a few minuets. then died. and I could not get it to restart with the starter fluid like before. i tested the spark plugs for spark and they sparked.
then I took a pressure test of the cylinders and I only got 60 psi equally on all cylinders. I am suppose to have about 120 is that right? Why if the timing is off now, and the engine ran great for a short period of time before stopping and not restarting. could it run on only 60 psi. there was no back fire, no misfiring, no smoke of any kind coming out out the tale pipe. the engine had lots of power. what could of happened?
by spraying the starter fluid in the air intake tells me its not fuel related would that be correct?

The code P0014 relates the the "B camshaft position-timing over-advanced or system performance Bank 1" That sounds like a reason for the engine not to run.I've attached a tutorial for you to view.
