Will not start and code U0401

I am having an issue to getting the car started. I have changed the head gasket and put in new camshaft sensors. Cleared the codes but the check engine light won't come off and I see that I have a permanent code U0401 but don't know if that's the issue why my car won't start. I'm trying too see if it's my ECM. Any help?

This could be triggered due to the Anti-Lock Brake Module, the brake module controller area network (CAN) bus.
I have included the basic diagnostics for that code (look below).

As for no start what does it do? Does it crank? Are you getting fuel/spark?

I am getting crank but no start. I checked for fuel the fuel pump does seem to give out fuel and I do hear a hum. I check for spark and was getting long repeated spark. shall I check my injectors?

You might first want to check the fuel pressure at the rails to make sure there is no restrictions.
It should have 58 PSI (+/- 5 PSI) fuel pressure with the key on.

Also what was the issue you had before all this. Did it stall on you? and you can't get it started?

My issue was that my engine overheated and had to change my gaskets and my sensors since they got fried, but since I left my car not running at all for the past 3 years I decided to get it moving again.

Got it. Well, it is good to know the history. As you know when a vehicle sits for an extended period of time, fuel system typically gives the most trouble. As some of the rubber components can get stiff or brittle. You could also have buildup of material in the sensors.
Let me know what you find with the fuel pressure.

Fuel pump gave almost 51 to 55 PSI, but took the fuel rail out and did a quick test and saw piston 2 fuel rail Is clogged. Does this car have any switches to deactivate or bypass to start the car by any chance? Also, I did a compression test, I got 90 PSI on my first 60 on my second, 60 on my third, and 50 on my last piston.

Well, the fuel pressure is good. But there is no way to 'deactivate or bypass' to start the engine.

The compression low. It should be in 170 PSI range.
Low compression is another piece of the puzzle in a non-start situation.
