engine started to idling high

The engine idles very hard in park but in drive it stalls, pop, and then cuts off what could cause this problem

Check your fuel pressure with a manual gauge on the Schrader valve (looks like a tire valve) located on the fuel rail, the fuel pressure should be between 45 - 60 PSI
