I bought my Kia Carnival 2001 model as second hand purchase. Not long after the purchase, experienced engine squeaking. Tensioner was replaced with new one and adjusted setting and the belt was also replaced with smaller size to be more tensioned ( from 5PK1592 to 5PK 1590 ). Also the crankshaft pulley was already replaced. The squeaking remained and the belt easily breaks.

the first thing I would do is remove the belt and start the motor and see if the squeaking is still there. if it is then it is internal in the motor. if it is not, then it is something driven by the belt.
