Engine sounds grinding

When engine start it sounds like something grinding. When clutch pedal press, sounds normal and grinding sound off. When clutch pedal released again sounds grinding. How to solve this problem?

have it checked for a release bearing problem or transmission input bearing from your description that is what it sounds like.
