Engine service light on after plugging in electric device

Car was fine until i plugged in a tire pump into the cigarette lighter socket. The engine service now light immediately came and car started shuddering as shown in the video. Rpm is going up and down while the car is in neutral and handbrake on

Did you get the codes checked? You can have them read for free at a parts store. Then I can narrow the area of failure for you.

In the meantime, one thing you can try is cleaning the throttle body in case it has carbon build up on the plate.
