engine runs rough

Hi,

If the check engine light is staying on or flashing, you should start by having the computer scanned for diagnostic trouble codes. Most parts stores will do it free of charge.

If the light isn't on, start by checking for engine vacuum leaks. Here is a link that explains how that is done:

When you check for the leak, pay special attention around the intake manifold gasket. They are known to leak. Note there is an upper and a lower intake. The only pic I could find was the intake being removed. I highlighted the areas to check.
