When I press on the acceleration it sputters a lot. Almost like it is going to stall, but not quite.

Really bad when just starting out, or going up hill. Seems alright once I hit about fifty mph (eighty kph).

I have included a video.

Hello,

Nice work on the video it the only way to go. It looks like the engine needs a set of spark plugs to start off. Here is a guide to help you with that:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-change-spark-plugs

If the plugs are new already the next please I would go is the fuel pressure. Here is a guide to help you with that as well:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-fuel-system-pressure-and-regulator

Lastly, I would check the exhaust to see if it is plugged not allowing the exhaust to exit the engine. Here is a guide to help you confirm:

Please run down these guides and report back

Cheers, Ken
