Engine lost power and can't accelerate more than 40 miles. i have the check engine light on codes:

P0113
P0355

Lets solve the first code and the rest should go away, if not you may have a bad PCM. The first code is code the fuel pressure sensor, lets replace it and clear the codes here is the location #7.

Did you replace the fuel rail sensor?

Spark plug gap 1.1 mm (0.043 in).
