Engine overheating, fan not working, high rpm's

It sounds like you might have a blown head gasket but to be sure lets run the codes to see what come up.

Okay, but what about radiator fan not working?

A blown head gasket can make the fan not come on as well, but we should check the power to the fan to see if it is bad and needs to be replaced.
