My car isn't overheating and hasn't ever and does not run poorly. Any other than I had my water low light came on and I added maybe a half a 2 liter bottle and maybe a mile or so same thing and it never overheated. so I go home raise hood check water and it's low same not a lot but half of a 2 liter. so I checked the oil and noticed that it was milky does this mean my engine oil cooler is bad or worse than that?
