I would advise the best way to find the correct oil specs for your vehicle would be to visit a Nissan dealer and ask there.
You can then buy either from the dealer or buy an equivalent oil from elsewhere.
The engine oil type and potentially the automatic transmission oil type may also be listed in the manual.
