Engine not revving?

The vehicle's engine is working very fine but sometimes it goes into limp mode, at this point the engine will not rev even though the gas pedal is pressed. The battery voltage is 14.02V whenever the engine is working.

What could be the cause?

The code # 630900 tells us the engine control module is no good, here is the location and how to change it out. You can get a preprogrammed unit by searching Google or Ebay. Once the unit is replaced clear all codes in the CAN before you try starting the engine. Check out the images below. Let us know how it goes.

Can you clear the codes and try to start the engine to see if it comes back? You may need to try and drive it, also I have seen a dirty through bore cause this problem as well if the code doesn't come back.
