Engine noise?

2015 GMC ACADIA
185,000 MILES • 6 CYL • 2WD • AUTOMATIC

I am not familiar with what is the normal engine noise on these. I know they are direct injection, so to me this sounds normal. No codes other than O2 sensor ones.
