Engine noise

I have the car listed above 3. I have to have it jump started after a cold night. After letting the car warm up the oil can light started to flash and when put into gear started to make a clunking sound. Oil shows as full on the dipstick.

Hello, this could be an equipment lubrication problem. I have included a list of the indicator lamps on your vehicle down below in the diagrams. If you could please go through them and let me know which one is illuminated, we can go from there. Also is your Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) AKA "check engine" light illuminated? If so can you read the code(s) for me. If you are unsure on how to do that here is a link that describes how to do it:

It is the engine oil pressure light.

The service engine light is not illuminated.

The engine turns over and after letting it idle the oil sensor light flashes when put in gear the engine makes noise.
